FORT COLLINS · COLORADO
Five organizations here list Fort Collins. The results include home visits and centers. We found one phone number labelled Attendance, so we haven't listed it as an intake number.
Seven Dimensions Behavioral Health gives this address on its contact page. The page lists ABA and Day Treatment among the reasons to get in touch. It also labels a phone number Attendance. We haven't put that number on the card as though it were a line for new enquiries.
If you use its contact form, say which service you are asking about and ask who handles admissions for it. If you are passed to someone else, keep their name or extension. The next time you get in touch, you won't have to explain why you called to a different person from the beginning.
Action Behavior Centers includes Fort Collins in its Colorado locator. For home visits, Achieving Stars, Budding Futures and Happy Strides advertise coverage here.
An opening at a center won't tell you when someone could come to your house. Give intake your ZIP code and the hours you could manage, and ask what its start estimate covers. If a suggested time clashes with school or work, say that while you are on the phone. Ask whether there is another time, or whether you would need to wait for one. You don't need to treat a schedule you cannot keep as an opening for your family.
The age and insurance filters hide names when we couldn't find that detail on a website. Clear a filter if you want to ask those organizations yourself. A missing detail here means we don't have an answer, rather than that you have been ruled out.
Keep the answers from your calls in your own notes. The save button remembers a name in this browser, but it doesn't hold a place or contact anyone. Write down what you agreed would happen next. If you need to send a document, find out where to send it and how to check that it arrived. Give personal details directly to the organization; there is no place to upload them here.
