Achieving Stars, Budding Futures and Happy Strides name Lakewood in their service areas. Budding Futures has a Lakewood page describing early ABA at home from 18 months. Its office is in Denver, so we haven't counted that address as a center here.
Before an assessment is arranged, ask intake to check your ZIP code and the hours when someone would be home. If the answer is that a therapist is being found, ask what you should expect to hear next. You can also ask whether the suggested hours are fixed or whether they could change. It is easier to talk about that now than after you have moved other things in your week.
Budding Futures' Lakewood school page says visits depend on the school approving an outside therapist. If that is what you need, ask how the school would be contacted and who has to agree. A home assessment doesn't settle the classroom arrangement.
You could ask who would speak to the school and whether you need to start that conversation yourself. Keep the name of the person at each end. If someone says they are waiting for an answer, you will know whose answer is missing and where to follow up. Don't assume a date has been agreed just because a home visit has been booked.
The Center-based filter gives no Lakewood results in our current list. You can try Denver, then check the address and the drive at the time you would attend. Have intake confirm your exact insurance plan for that location before relying on a regional plan list.
If you arrange a tour, ask whether sessions would be at that same address. Work out who could manage the trip on the days you need, including the return journey.
